1. These terms and conditions are to be used in conjunction with the terms of use of our website www.clough-willis.co.uk (“Website”) and our general terms & conditions.
2. By redeeming this offer you accept these terms and conditions.
3. To take advantage of this offer you must bring a copy of the Bury FC match day programme during the 2025/26 season with you to your initial meeting
4. On completion of your matter and on payment of our invoice we will donate 10% of our fees excluding vat (capped at a maximum value of £100 per matter) to Bury FC
5. Where redemption is successful, the offer will be applied only to our legal fees, any 3^rd party costs such as searches, court costs and medical records are not included 
6. Redemption of this offer may be limited to specific legal transactions.
7. The offer may only be applied once per matter
8. We reserve the right to refuse the use of the offer for any reason, at our sole discretion. 
9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate this offer, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice to you.
