Free Law Appointments
Not sure where you stand on matters?
We understand that for many people the idea of going to a solicitor for legal advice can be a daunting prospect. That is why we offer you the opportunity to come and meet our specialist solicitors at our Bury office for a free, no obligation initial meeting.
Whatever your circumstances are, if you feel that you need legal advice, the team at Clough & Willis is here to help. Call our offices based in Bury and Bolton on 0800 083 0815, or fill our an online enquiry form.
The aim of our law clinics is to provide you with the opportunity to take advantage of specialist legal advice from a solicitor. We will help you to understand your current position and highlight whether you need to take further legal action.
Appointments are available on a range of services including:
- Family matters
- Willis, probate, trusts & tax
- Personal injury
- Dispute Resolution
We offer two options for you initial meeting:
Either a free no obligation 20 min introductory meeting, primarily to meet us and to assess whether you are confident in our ability to assist you. However, the solicitor will only provide you with some broad general advice and guidance this will include how you might move forward and any costs involved.
Alternatively, we offer a more substantial 40 min meeting. This may be more useful to you as it enables you 'to dip your toe in the water' in terms of both getting to know us and getting some useful initial advice, but without committing you to too much expense at this stage or to providing us with ongoing instructions.
Our charge for that is £250 plus vat payable beforehand and which is non-refundable. If a short report is also required our charges would be £325 plus vat.
The appointments take place at our Head Office:
2 Manchester Road
