  • Fixed Fee Purchase via SIPPS or an SSAS (up to £500,000) - £2000 + VAT (at 20%) (further fee of £1000 + VAT (at 20%) to prepare documents for a lease back to a company and a further £1000 + VAT (at 20%) if there is any funding involved (subject to conditions))
