Clough & Willis Launches Professional Negligence Service

As a result of client demand, and as part of its ongoing growth plans, Bury based Clough & Willis - one of the North West's leading mid-sized legal firms - has launched a brand new Professional Negligence service which is aimed at both private and commercial clients.

The new service will be led by Chris Macwilliam - who is a partner at the firm year and head of its Personal Injury team. Chris will be acting for claimants who have received wrong or bad advice from professional service suppliers including solicitors, accountants, architects, estate agents, surveyors and IFAs.

Chris commented: "Launching a Professional Negligence service was the next natural step for us as over the past 12 months we've seen a large spike in the number of enquiries asking for advice around Professional Negligence. People are more aware of what their rights are and are now prepared to act when they receive damaging or costly advice from those they put their trust into.”

Whilst Shefali Talukdar - managing partner - added: "As a firm, we're always looking at how we can add value to our clients and also develop our offering. This launch demonstrates that commitment as it sits perfectly alongside our existing departments.”
