John joined Clough & Willis as Conveyancing Solicitor in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Associate in September 2024.

He has over 20 years’ experience as a qualified lawyer dealing in all aspects of conveyancing. 

He specialises in all areas of commercial property work including development,  acquisitions, options, lettings, funding, sales and ancillary matters such as construction; warranties, licences, easements. He also deals with investment acquisitions and Landlord and Tenant matters.
