Nicola joined Clough & Willis Solicitors as Head of Private Client in March 2018.

She graduated from Keele University and Montpellier University France, completed her Legal Practice Course with Leeds Met and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Since qualifying as a Private Client Solicitor, Nicola has also achieved a further diploma in trust, tax and estate work and is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
 
Nicola specialises in Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters and assists and advises a wide range of clients in relation to their individual needs and requirements.

At Home

Nicola spends her free time with her husband and two young children.  She also enjoys trips to the theatre and is training to complete the Bury 10K for the second year.
