Rafia Faruk joined Clough & Willis in 2021.  

She joined the Private Client department as paralegal and undertook her training contract with Clough & Willis qualifying in 2024.

Rafia joins Clough & Willis from Co-op Legal Services where she worked for two and a half years. She has also worked at Slater and Gordon.

Her new role will see her handle a broad caseload of private client matters including the drafting of LPAs and wills as well as estate administration. Rafia will be working closely with Nicola Finbow, Head of Private Client, as well as Rhianna Bateson and Ryan Browne who are both solicitors.
