Lorraine became a Partner at Clough & Willis 2010 and heads up the Residential Property Department.

She is experienced in all levels of residential sales and purchases and excels at dealing with complicated property law issues. Lorraine also has a vast amount of knowledge regarding buying and selling apartments and flats and dealing with Management Companies.

Lorraine also has extensive experience in advising on Equity Release. This is a specialised area and is one of the few solicitors who deals with Equity Release in the North West area. Lorraine offers comprehensive advice as well as support and understanding in these matters.  

Lorraine also deals with all aspects of commercial property law including negotiating lease terms, buying and selling commercial properties and acting for Company owners when legal advice is required in financial matters. Lorraine acts for businesses across the North West area.
