Karen joined Clough & Willis Solicitors in 1981 and worked her way up to Practice Manager in 2003.

As Practice Manager, Karen is on the senior management team and is responsible for the seamless daily running of the practice, from people management to finance, facilities and administration.

Outside of the office Karen is a keen sports women involved in rounders, netball and brought up in a golfing family. She has also been a voluntary member in the day to day running of Elton Vale Sports Club for the passed 24 years. If that’s not enough she likes travelling, gardening and spending time with her young grandson.
