Bury and Bolton law firm Clough & Willis has strengthened its Residential Property team with the appointment of Adele Tatters, an experienced senior conveyancer with more than 25 years’ specialist experience across all aspects of residential property work. Her background spans sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, with particular focus on complex matters such as new builds, new leases and shared ownership.

Adele joins Clough & Willis after 13 years working predominantly remotely within large corporate organisations, including a decade as a title lawyer at Simplify Group. During her time there, she spent two years leading the Manchester team and three years within the Learning & Development department, where she created senior‑level training modules and contributed to Qualifications Scotland content for the Licensed Conveyancer qualification.

Adele has also headed up both the Technical Specialist Team and the New Build Title Team for MyHomeMove’s Manchester branch, maintaining relationships with major housebuilders including Taylor Wimpey and BDW Group.  Alongside her practice work, Adele has taught the Council for Licensed Conveyancers Qualification at Levels 4 and 6, supporting the development of future conveyancing professionals.
