Nasrin is a solicitor in the Commercial Property department at Clough & Willis.

She specialises in all areas of commercial property work.

Her work embraces all aspects commercial property working including development,  acquisitions, options, lettings, funding, sales and ancillary matters such as construction; warranties, licences, easements. She also deals with investment acquisitions and Landlord and Tenant matters.

She acts for a range of clients including pension fund providers, developers and investors.  She acts for clients buying or selling one off commercial premises to large scale property portfolios.

In her spare time Nasrin is a Manchester City Councillor representing Crumpsall Ward . She has been chair of school governors and a judicial office holder for the Residential Property Tribunal and Social Security Tribunal
