Fixed Fee Commercial Lease Advice
For those who simply require advice on a lease presented to them by a landlord we offer a fixed fee service.
This will involve a meeting (limited to 2 hours) with a fully qualified, specialist commercial property solicitor. They will review the terms of the lease with you and advise on any major issues, the significant terms and any matters of concern.
This is especially useful for those tenants who do not require or cannot afford to go to the expense of us negotiating the lease on their behalf. The fixed fee service has been designed by us to provide the prospective tenant with a quick, simple and cost effective way of ensuring they have the information needed to negotiate with the landlord.
- The cost of this service is £500 +vat. This will be payable at the commencement of the meeting.
- This will not be written advice and it will be up to the prospective tenant to record and raise the points with the landlord.
- We will not be involved with negotiating the terms of the lease with the landlord*
