The firm is committed to training its future solicitors. It recruits the best trainees and offers a structured and diverse training. The training partner and managing partner are directly involved in the trainees' work experience at Clough & Willis throughout the training period.

Applications for a training contract to begin in September 2008 should be sent with a full CV and hand written covering letter to Miss Shefali Talukdar.

Students at Chester College of Law should submit applications before 30th November 2007. All other applications should be submitted by 31st January 2008.
