Bury based Clough & Willis, one of the North West's leading mid-sized legal firms, continues to buck the tough current economic and business conditions as it expands and re-launches Employer's Advantage - its complete human resources/ employment law solutions and support package.
Employer's Advantage is a full HR service developed specifically to guide and support business owners through the management of their people, allowing them to remain focused on growing and developing their business. The service is split into two key offerings; Employer's Advantage HR , which is aimed at small to medium sized firms, and Employer's Advantage Professional which is designed for large organisations that require high level support and regular updates in the law and legislation.
