We understand that quotes for conveyancing work can be varied due to hidden 'extras' which are often included but not made clear at the start of a transaction. That is why we provide a simple quote for the work at the outset. We do not charge more for Leasehold properties, nor do we charge for repaying your Mortgage or sending your money to you.
