Paul Breedon - Partner

Paul co-ordinates the Commercial Property Team at Clough & Willis. He has wide ranging experience of all property related matters. He has acted for sellers, buyers and lending institutions on investment acquisitions and disposals and for both landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial lettings.

Paul's experience includes the development and regeneration of urban and brownfield sites. He acted for many years in assisting the growth of The Woodford Group prior to appointment of in-house counsel. Paul undertakes work for developers with emphasis on acquisitions and site assembly for both residential and commercial schemes. Paul has particular expertise in dealing with options and conditional contracts for both individual and corporate investors.

Paul also enjoys dealing with the sale and purchase of all types of businesses with particular experience of Care Homes, Children's Day Nurseries and food and drink establishments.

Paul is currently retained on a proposed development the scale of which requires Government approval and where the proposed sale price is anticipated to exceed £200,000,000.00.

Throughout his career Paul has always gone the extra mile developing long lasting relationships through his approachable manner and wealth of personal experience. He displays absolute commitment to ensure that the right result is achieved for the client. Paul always seeks to add value by taking a genuine interest in the client in order to develop a truly personal relationship.

Out of the office Paul enjoys life to the full with diverse interests ranging from motorbikes through to opera. Add to the mix a passion for all sports, the performing arts, his Fender Stratocaster and his love of Rachmaninoff gives you a flavour of the individual you will be dealing with. And there is the nub, an individual determined to provide the very best service for his clients whilst at the same time making sure the experience is mutually rewarding.
