Alvin Pinder

Commercial Property Solicitor - Consultant

Alvin joined Clough & Willis as a consultant in the Commercial Property team in 2010.

He has wide ranging experience of all property related matters. He has acted for sellers, buyers and lending institutions on investment acquisitions and disposals. However his particular expertise is in Landlord and Tenant and currently acts in-house for a property investment company where he is involved with a broad range of commercial lettings.

Alvin also undertakes work for developers with emphasis on acquisitions and site assembly for both residential and commercial schemes.
Alvin graduated from Kings College London and qualified as a solicitor in 1979.

Out of the office Alvin is a bon viveur, he enjoys walking, going to the cinema and as much foreign travel as time and money will permit.
