Tim joined Clough & Willis Solicitors in 1994, becoming a partner in 1999. Heading the dispute resolution team, Tim specialises in commercial litigation, corporate and partnership disputes and employment law.
Tim is also the training partner at Clough & Willis.
An active participant in the Association of North West Law Societies, Tim is a former president, a post which has been held by a total of three partners at Clough & Willis Solicitors. He is also the president of the Bury and District Law Society.
Tim has been married to Fiona - Deputy Head at Bury Girls Grammar School Junior Department - for 6 years. He is heavily involved in the Manchester based St James's Club and is a member of the club's committee. Tim regularly sings with the Manchester University Chorus and enjoys going to the theatre.
Tim read Law at The Victoria University of Manchester, graduating in 1990. He attended the College of Law York and went on to complete his articles at Grundy, Kershaw & Bowden, qualifying in 1993.
