The four million pound deal was characterised by complexity and pressure to complete in a short period of time. The transaction involved an overage agreement, collateral warranty, a particularly complicated title to land and liaison with multiple solicitors acting for the various parties involved and their lenders. This deal was completed within the clients tight time window.
