The team acted for a property company in its purchase of a large contaminated site in North Yorkshire. The four million pound deal was characterised by complexity and pressure to complete in a short period of time. The transaction involved an overage agreement, collateral warranty, a particularly complicated title to land and liaison with multiple solicitors acting for the various parties involved and their lenders. This deal was completed within the clients tight time window.

High quality gated development
The team acted for a commercial company in its purchase of land in Bolton and subsequent development of nine high quality units, each valued at approx £700,000.
