As to the Business

1. A review of and advice on the legal structure of your business by Shahid Azam £150 + vat plus £4 company search.

2. Preparation and advise on your terms and conditions of business for customers or suppliers by Shahid Azam. £350 + vat (each) or £595 + vat (both)

3. Preparation of a basic shareholders or partnership agreement by Shahid Azam £995 + vat

4. A 30 minute consultation by Amy Ross-Sercombe and review of your Employment Rights Pack. £100 + vat

5. A review by Amy Ross-Sercombe with written recommendations, of your employment handbook, contract of employment, benefit package, recruitment processes and any appraisal schemes. £450 + vat

6. A formal review of your current property lease and other potential property related issues by Lorraine Stratton-Webb. from £395 + vat and 3rd party fees.

7. Provision of a skeleton letter of demand. A review of credit control / debt recovery procedures with Seb Wright . £150 + vat

As to you the Owners

1. Advise and written report on directors duties and liabilities. £225 + vat (up to two directors)

2. Advise and written report on shareholders rights/partnership rights. £225 + vat

3. Preparation of lasting powers of attorney (LPA). £400 + vat (per person)
