Sometimes there is no other option than the Employment Tribunal room. You may consider that you have a strong case and wish to defend it all the way or you may acknowledge that your case is weak but the Claimant is being greedy with his expectations as to compensation. Whatever the reason for being at the Employment Tribunal it is vital that when there you put your best case forward.
Employment Tribunals are increasingly formal. The legal issues they determine are becoming more and more complex as employment law and Employment Tribunals evolve. This is evident by the increasing number of solicitors and barristers appearing at the Employment Tribunal. Going to the Employment Tribunal unprepared is a recipe for disaster.
We regularly appear before Employment Tribunals on behalf of employers achieving good results for our clients. We are extremely experienced in preparing and presenting cases at the Employment Tribunal.
We have a very pragmatic approach in dealing with claims and look to save your costs where possible. Even when cases have come to us in difficulty we have been successful in reducing our clients' losses.
If you require further information on the above or have any questions relating to Employment Tribunal please do not hesitate to contact Amy Ross-Sercombe, amy.ross-sercombe@clough-willis.co.uk
