If your debtor fails to pay after receiving the letter of demand (letter before action), the next step will be to issue court proceedings. I am a specialist debt recovery solicitor.  I will contact you and we will have an initial discussion about the best approach for the desired outcome. If appropriate, I may also consult with our insolvency solicitor Fiona Gaskell for her view.
