Results of the 2009 Bury and Bolton Business Awards were finally unveiled by Host Gordon Burns, at a prestigious dinner at the De Vere Whites Hotel, Reebok Stadium in Bolton on the 25 June.

Award Winning Customer Excellence

Shefali Talukdar, Managing Partner at Clough & Willis Solicitors presented Greenwood James Estate Agents with the Customer Excellence Award. The team have many processes in place to ensure excellent customer service and even have a referral voucher scheme in place to encourage customers to recommend them. Their submission for the award was supported with a file full of testimonials, thank you cards and letters from their customers. The team also won the Business Start Up Award in 2008.

Highly Commended for the Award was Garunburg Life Space and Commended was Incom.
