



Bury based Clough & Willis, one of the North West's leading mid-sized legal firms, has strengthened its core offering by launching a new Private Client Department. The three strong team, which is headed by Richard Phillips, will focus on wealth and succession planning, inheritance tax advice, trust creation and administration, wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration.
Richard, 34, boasts extensive experience within in the legal profession and has previously held positions at Cobbetts and DWF in Manchester as well as Nelson & Co (now Gordons LLP) in Leeds.
He is being joined by two solicitors; Emma McGrath (24) and Ciara Hannawin (26) - both graduates from Queen University in Belfast and Chester College of Law.
