Clough & Willis - one of the North West's leading mid-sized legal firms - has restructured its core debt recovery offering by launching a fixed priced service and appointing a new case manager to the team. The changes have happened as a result of shifting client demands and expectations.
The seven strong dispute resolution team, which is overseen by Tim Gray - a partner at the Bury based firm - will now be offering a fixed price debt recovery service for commercial and corporate clients across the UK. The main focus will be on undisputed one-off, multiple or bulk debts. The new package can also be tailored to meet the individual requirements of each of the firm's principal client groups; sole traders, SMEs, limited companies, PLCs, charities and public sector organisations.
The team has been further bolstered by the promotion of Seb Wright - solicitor - who now becomes the firm's debt recovery case manager. Seb joined Clough & Willis in September 2009 and has since worked across a number of disciplines, including; the conveyancing, private client and litigation departments. He has also built and managed his own litigation/ debt recovery case load and has been part of a high profile five day trial at the Royal Courts of Justice.
Tim Gray commented; 'We are lucky to have some very talented and driven people at Clough & Willis so Seb's appointment will be a real boost to the team. It's no surprise that debt recovery is a growing niche so his promotion also comes at an exciting time. We're confident this new structure will provide an efficient and effective service to all our clients.'
